The best way to schedule an appointment is by calling the office at (252) 517-9090
or through the patient portal.
If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible, as we reserve the right to charge for visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
For administrative and filing purposes, please bring your insurance card(s) and photo ID to each visit.
Please note that if HOPE Regional Medical Clinic is participating with your insurance company, it does not guarantee that we are in-network with your health plan. It is important that you understand your medical benefits and determine whether HOPE Regional Medical Clinic is in-network with your health plan. You can verify your coverage by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.
